Some of our offices are fitted with showers and there are showering facilities on site for offices not fitted with a shower. This allows people based at Wicklesham to take advantage of the numerous bridle paths and footpaths for cycling, walking, jogging or even riding during a lunch period or when arriving at work.

Many of our offices are independently alarmed with the latest intruder alarms offering maximum security against unwanted intrusion and theft. All our alarms can be connected to the BT Redcare network, which monitors the alarm over a secure network and notifies the police of any activation. The alarms are NACOSS approved and regularly serviced and maintained.

Telephone lines can be provided by British Telecom at the standard rates or we offer access to ISDN30/VOIP lines via the latest private switch. The switch can provide all services such as telephone conferencing and call re-direction. This service set-up allows companies to be operationally complete with telephone service, even before the moving in date.

We can offer companies the shared use of a high-speed, high-bandwidth broadband service on a 1Gb fibre leased line bearer, complete with unique ISP addresses. Alternatively, Faringdon has its own exchange and Wicklesham is around 2-3km from this exchange. But why go anywhere else if you have FTTP on your doorstep at such competitive rates!

As well as the numerous bridle paths and footpaths crossing Wicklesham for cycling, walking and jogging, Faringdon (1 mile) can offer a vast selection of leisure facilities including:

Wicklesham boasts the perfect location for hosting a conference or board meeting. We can host up to 16 people for meetings, seminars or presentations including adequate parking and catering.

Further a field, Faringdon (1 mile) has a range of conference facilities from interview/meeting rooms for 3 people to tiered presentation facilities for 80 people. Some of the conference facilities are in Grade I and II Listed Buildings set in the centre of this historic town.

Each office may be assigned its own car parking spaces, if required, with overflow car parking on site.

Looking after the environment is a growing area to many businesses. Our survey showed that 75%-80% of waste from the offices at Wicklesham could be recycled and so we have implemented facilities for recycling cardboard, paper, plastic drinks bottles and cans.

We are able to organise a confidential paper shredding service on-site and archiving at near-by facilities.

Wicklesham can offer residential properties to rent for periods of greater than 6 months. They range from 1-bedroom flats to 4-bedroom houses and are eagerly sought after. It is always worth checking availability. For shorter-term rentals, Faringdon (1 mile) can offer a range of overnight accommodation from a single night to residential flats and houses. Overnight accommodation varies from B&B and farmhouse stays to hotel accommodation at the Sudbury House Hotel, Faringdon.

There is a range of catering facilities within Faringdon (1 mile) from doorstop sandwiches to gourmet meals. Many companies will deliver food to Wicklesham from either a single sandwich to buffet food in order to cater for a busy meeting or working lunch.

Faringdon hosts several supermarkets located within the town: Tesco, Waitrose, Aldi and Costcutter.
