Client Eligibility Criteria
  1. Local and Independent: At least 75% of our business park’s clients must be local businesses operating independently. These businesses contribute to the local economy, create jobs, and enhance the community.
  2. Controversial Industries: We will conduct thorough audits to ensure that our clients do not engage in controversial or harmful industries. These include but are not limited to:
    • Weapons Manufacturing: Businesses involved in the production of firearms, ammunition, or other weaponry.
    • Tobacco and Vaping: Companies associated with tobacco products or e-cigarettes.
    • Environmental Harm: Entities causing significant environmental damage or violating sustainability practices.
    • Human Rights Violations: Organizations with documented human rights abuses.
    • Unethical Practices: Businesses engaged in fraudulent or exploitative activities.
Audit Process
  1. Initial Assessment: When onboarding new clients, we will assess their business practices, industry, and ethical standards.
  2. Ongoing Monitoring: Regular audits will be conducted to ensure compliance with our policies. We will collaborate with relevant authorities and organizations to verify information.
  3. Transparency: Clients will be informed of the audit process, and any discrepancies will be addressed transparently.
