The Byres Offices

The Byres comprise of an 18^th century cart-horse stables (Unit 1) with attached buildings in a courtyard configuration built on the footprint and foundations of original buildings designed to support the workings of a farm. The cart-horse stables were initially converted in the 1950's to form a then state-of-the-art modern dairy for milking 200 cows. It brings into shape the third and final phase of the development at Wicklesham and was completed in 2007.

Office specifications

Internal areas range from 60 sq. m. (640 sq. ft.) to 380 sq. m. (4,100 sq. ft.). The offices are fully networked, with car parking immediately in front of the premises and plenty of on-site parking.
