MDP are Town Planners with more than 17 years experience and a member partner of the National Self-Build Centre in Swindon.

MDP’s key strength is offering clients a clear and concise path through the maze of planning rules and regulations, always setting out to achieve realistic and worthwhile outcomes whilst offering advice which can be easily understood by both clients and the Planning Authorities.

MDP have successfully worked on an extensive number of residential and self-build schemes, ranging from 1-700 units and have significant experience working on called-in appeals, renewable energy, neighbourhood planning and drafting Environmental Statements.
