The Old Barn is a Grade II listed building dating from the 13th and 14th centuries. Although currently existing as one building, it was originally two. The completion of the first building (Unit 4) is believed to have been commissioned by Stonleigh Abbey, Warwickshire, for a brethren of Cistercian monks based at a wick (dairy) farm. A threshing barn was incorporated to the main building in the 13th century.

It is believed that some time around the 16th century, The Old Barn was a wooden building with thatched roof that subsequently caught fire. Much of it was re-built using stone and roofed in clay tiles, however, some of the former timbers are thought to remain in use today

The Old Barn was sympathetically converted in 1989, and further updated in 2001, into three two-storey offices, together with a smaller single storey office nearby. Many characteristic features have been retained, as far as possible, including exposed wooden timbers in the ceiling and arrow slits in the walls.

Internal areas range from 56 sq. m. (600 sq. ft.) to 212 sq. m. (2,300 sq. ft.). All offices are stand-alone, self-contained office suites and, with the exception of the single storey Unit 5, have open plan accommodation on two floors. The offices are fully networked and have car parking spaces assigned immediately outside the premises although there is ample overflow car-parking, if required.
