Ram Court comprises of a 16th Century threshing barn, with smaller single storey outbuildings dating from the 17th to the 18th Century arranged around a central courtyard.

It forms the second phase of the development at Wicklesham and was completed in March 2002. All offices are stand-alone, self-contained office suites with open plan accommodation. Unit 1 - the former threshing barn - has two storey accommodation which can be split into two separate offices. Many of the original features have been retained, including exposed oak timbers, saddle stones and the original oak threshing floor. The courtyard has been landscaped to provide a sheltered relaxing spot in order to soak up the best of the weather.

Internal areas range from 65 sq. m. (700 sq. ft.) to 225 sq. m. (2400 sq. ft.). The offices are fully networked and have car parking assigned outside the premises although there is ample car-parking on site, if required
